EOS Studio Lab operates as an autonomous technical production cell. We treat your manufacturing configurations, raw hardware parameters, and organizational data with maximum enterprise-grade confidentiality.

• Data Collection: We only collect corporate identifying metrics (Name, Brand, Email) and technical product reference pathways (links, images) uploaded through our encrypted intake sequences.
• Dataset Protection: Any engineering files, industrial photography layers, or CAD assets provided for custom cost calculations are restricted strictly to internal evaluation pipelines.
• Zero External Distribution: We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade corporate contact nodes or product blueprints to third-party entities.

By engaging our digital interface arrays or uploading hardware parameters via the quotation matrix, you acknowledge the following parameters:

• Non-Binding Calculations: Financial estimations issued through the automated quotation pipeline are operational projections. Final production numbers require absolute engineering data analysis.
• Intellectual Property Fidelity: Clients retain total ownership rights of original device designs, spatial branding parameters, and logos. EOS Studio Lab retains developmental rights to internal layout code, specialized scene setups, and raw rendering project assets until execution balances are processed.
• Commercial Asset Release: Upon full execution of project contracts and invoices, complete commercial deployment permissions for all optimized 3D visualization assets are completely signed over to the corporate entity.
