Do I need to send physical product samples?
No. All we require is your native 3D/CAD engineering data (.STEP, .IGES, .SolidWorks, etc.). We optimize geometry, assign physics-based material shaders, and render 100% digitally in-house.

How do you handle CAD security and NDAs?
Data security is standard protocol. We execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving proprietary engineering files, ensuring complete confidentiality for unreleased hardware.

What is your typical turnaround time?
For a single-asset Technical 7-Second Animation Loop, delivery takes 5 to 7 business days following CAD handoff. For our 4-Still Hero Image Package, standard turnaround is 10 to 14 business days. Custom campaign scopes are scheduled based on project requirements.

What formats and aspect ratios do you deliver?
Master outputs are delivered in 4K resolution across all packages. Video animations are provided in 9:16 Vertical and 1:1 Square (MP4/WebM). Still Hero Images are delivered as uncompressed 4K+ high-resolution renders (PNG/TIFF/JPEG) optimized for e-commerce, print, and web hero banners.

Are revisions included in production?
Yes. All fixed-rate scopes include up to 2 rounds of minor revisions (camera path adjustments, shader tweaking, or color matching) to match your exact brand guidelines.

Do we receive full commercial rights?
Yes. Upon final project completion and invoice balance clearance, you receive 100% global, perpetual commercial usage rights across web, social ads, digital signage, and trade shows.

What if we need changes after the included revision rounds?
Additional revision rounds or scope expansions beyond the agreed package are billed at a flat rate or hourly milestone. To prevent extra costs, we lock in camera blocking, keyframes, and aesthetic style frames early in the pipeline before initiating final 4K rendering.

How do we kick off a project?
Production begins immediately following CAD file handoff, execution of our mutual NDA, and scope confirmation. We inspect your data, record a quick technical breakdown video, and align on timeline and deliverables to initiate the pipeline.

What if our CAD files are messy or incomplete?
Standard CAD optimization and geometry cleanup are included in our pipeline. If a file requires extensive rebuilding or manual surface reconstruction to become render-ready, we inspect the model during onboarding and outline any required pre-processing fees upfront.
